RE: New addition to our family

What a great looking girl! THANK YOU for adopting her from a rescue group! Rescue dogs are the BEST! :) Here's hoping you have many, many wonderful years together with Anna.
By the way, she looks to me like she is mostly Cairn, here is a webpage that might have some helpful information for you about Cairn Terriers:
Cairn Terrier @ DogBreedInfo.com
Thank you for link!!! We will check it out.:)

RE: cats/fleas/what do you use?

We use Advantage. Because we have to do this when she's asleep, I part Josie's fur very carefully (so I don't wake her) at the base of her skull until the skin is visible, then I quickly squeeze the tube. We use it on her once a month and we purchase it at the vets office.

RE: Central Vac system

Our Montana came with central vac system and I love it. It is a Dometic. I could probably live without it but since it came with our 5'er when we bought it I guess I should use it. It came with all kinds of attachments so that I may run the vac over the furniture, curtains, etc.

RE: Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park in Quarryville, PA

Thank you for your input Kirk37r. I've read some reviews on the Jellystone parks and they were not very good. Actually I tried getting into Old Mill Stream for the week that we can go and they are booked. We've stayed at Country Haven and did not care for it so we will not be going back to it. I'm going to call Hershey Highmeadow and see if we can't get into that one. If not I may try Spring Gulch. I've heard some good things about that campground.
Happy camping to you all as well!!:)

RE: Second question, this one about cabinets!

Keystone is having a recall on cabinet doors with glass in them. My dealer asked me about ours this week, and informed me if the glass looked wrinkled to let them know so they could order us new doors.

RE: family camping in Virginia

4th for Cherrystone, we stay there whenever we can; I agree with Laubertimes, the koa in Williamsburg was not very friendly and the sites were very small. We will never stay there again. If you love to fish, Cherrystone is for you.

RE: New fiver and hitch with question

we put wheel chocks behind the rear wheels, and lightly backup to take pressure off the hitch. then drop front stabilizers, release handle, and pull out. we used to have the same problem until one weekend another 5er showed us his trick and it has worked every time

RE: Ants

I'm with Bob b...We use terro at home and we have not had an ant problem since. As for the other suggestions, they seem like great ideas. We will keep them in mind. I would have never thought of dried molasses or cucumber rinds.

RE: Operation of heating in Montana 3585

tried using the mode button on the wall thermostat. Can't get the "furnace" to come on and "cool" stays on screen.
